		Medical coding The successful outcome of any claim starts with coding. Our coding team reviews the information provided by the doctor and codes every claim accurately according to coding guidelines.
		Patient Registration and Charge Entry Patient records are set up with complete demographic and insurance information. Charges are updated in respective patient accounts based on the charge sheets received from clients.
		Claims Generation and Submission Major insurance carriers encourage the utilization of the electronic media for the transmission of claims and we have adapted to that requirement and equipped ourselves with the technology to sustain friendly and fully functional relationships.
		Posting payments received Payments received from the insurance companies are posted into the system accurately using copies of Insurance Checks and Explanation of Benefits scanned to us by the Clients.
		Accounts Receivable and Denial Management The overall revenue of a practice depends upon the specialty, total number of patients and the charges billed. These factors are analyzed based on reports generated and the Accounts Receivable is determined by our skilled A/R Analysts and it is sent to the “A/R Follow Up Team”. Denials received from insurance carriers are analyzed thoroughly and prompt actions are taken. If these denials have to be addressed with the insurance carriers, they are forwarded to the “A/R Follow Up Team”.
		A/R Follow-up Well educated and extensively trained professionals with excellent communication skills are hired into the “A/R Follow up Team”. This team systematically follows up with the insurance carriers to address denials or check on general claims status and updates the “A/R Analyst Team” with their findings. They successfully resolve numerous issues with claims everyday and maximize revenue collections for the client.
		Management Reports Exhaustive reports are generated and a complete analysis is done to derive solutions to increase revenue. Detailed reports are also provided to the clients as per their requirements and standards.
